The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to support the delivery of multiple commercial projects. You'll play a key role in managing contracts, procurement, cost control, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer head contracts and subcontractor agreements
- Prepare, review, and manage variations, progress claims, and invoices
- Monitor project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow
- Assist Project Managers with procurement and tender analysis
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual matters
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal requirements
- Contribute to project planning and overall delivery strategy
- 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
- Experience working on projects valued up to $30M
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field preferred
