The Company:

We are currently working in partnership with a Tier two builder who are looking for Senior Contract Administrator to join their experienced team. They have emerged as one of the leaders in completing complex, large scale projects throughout Sydney. As they grow as a builder they have switched their focus to working on projects valued at $100m +.

The Role: 

This is a strategic hire as the company are looking to grow and establish a new team. Therefore the decision to bring on an New Senior Contract Administrator has been made with a view to having a clear route to becoming a Contracts Manager. 

This is a great career move for someone who is looking to join a builder who rarely have the need to recruit because of their staff retention rate.
 
To be successful for this role of Senior Contracts Administrator you will need:

• Experience with a well-known builder
• Experience on project $20m plus
• 10 years plus years’ experience
• Able to work in team
• Experience on Residential Site
• Experience managing other junior members
• Ability to maintain client relationships when needed
