- A senior Contract administrator who has the ability to work with someone below them and above them.
- Exposure to Cheops and Jobpac are preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and dealing with various stakeholders is highly regarded.
- Experience with multi million dollar extensions and refurbishment are essential.

- The project that you'll be working on is a mixed use project, Commercial / residential valued at $30M +
