Site Engineer / Project Engineer - Earthworks & Pavements
3-6 Month Temporary Contract | Hunter Valley | Tier 1 Contractor | ASAP Start
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer or Project Engineer to join a Tier 1 civil contractor delivering the earthworks and pavements package on a major road infrastructure project in the Hunter Valley. This role offers the opportunity to work with one of Australia's leading contractors on a high-profile regional project.
 
Role Details:

• Contract: 3-6 month temporary role
• Location: Hunter Valley, NSW
• Start: Immediate / ASAP
• Scope: Earthworks and pavements package
• Client: Tier 1 Principal Contractor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations for the earthworks and pavements package
• Manage QA processes, ITPs, and technical documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Monitor safety, quality, and progress to meet project milestones
• Provide technical engineering support to ensure compliance with specifications

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Previous experience on TfNSW or major road projects
• Strong background in earthworks and/or pavements
• Proven ability to manage QA and site coordination
• Available to start immediately and commit to the project term
