Junior Scheduler / Dispatcher
Location: Port Kennedy, WA

Pay Rate: $32.40 – $35.60 per hour + overtime + super

Join a well-established transport and earthmoving business providing site services across WA. Working as part of a small, supportive operations team, this role offers the chance to grow your skills in scheduling, dispatch, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily coordination of drivers, trucks, and earthmoving equipment
• Assist with scheduling and tracking jobs across multiple sites
• Communicate with clients and operators to ensure smooth operations
• Provide administrative and operational support to the transport team
• Learn and develop within a close-knit, high-performing environment

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Eager to learn and build a career in transport or logistics
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Basic computer literacy and confidence using scheduling systems (training provided)
