Our client is an award-winning residential builder with a backing of a group that has generated over $45billion in annual revenue and is on a trajectory to being one of the largest residential builders in the whole of Australia.
 
The focus is to work on providing residential homes for all levels of socioeconomic backgrounds, also from 1st time buyers, up to the higher echelon of custom homes.

The role:
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be accountable for the provision of accurate sales estimates according to tender pricing, re-tenders & client variations. You will be charged with communicating with other internal departments, particularly including sales & projects. You will be responsible for ensuring there is no contradicting information when preparing Tenders & variations. You will also be assisting the senior estimating with maximising accuracy within the VPB database. The Master of Bill of Quantities will be accurate with any pricing discrepancies having been rectified.
 
Experience/Attributes:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience & attributes:

• You ideally will have relevant qualifications within building/estimating
• A track record of sales estimating experience for a residential builder previously. Experience with a project home builder will put you at a significant advantage.
• Attention to detail is essential
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
• Self-driven attitude to maximise your potential
• Provision of excellent customer service to internal & external stakeholders is essential
