The company:

Since inception some 20 years ago our client has built a fantastic reputation for their ability to deliver across the commercial and industrial sectors on projects from $1m to $10m. They have great reputation for building strong relationships with clients and off the back of their success they are being asked to price and deliver New Build projects which would be a new avenue for them

The Role:

As the Safety Advisor, you'll work across multiple projects driving safety compliance and safety culture with support from the Directors and Safety Manager.
As a ISO & FSC accredited business you'll work in an established safety management system (areas of improvement welcome) implementing and auditing the system
You'll work with Site Manager and Foreman to improve safety responsibility and ownership.
As the Safety Advisor travel to sites across NSW / VIC and ACT managing you own diary as required.
You'll implement and manage safety training to upskill and improve non-conformance driving a high-level safety culture.
