Project Manager / Senior Contract Administrator Hospitality / Supermarket Project – Dubbo, NSW
3-Month Contract | ASAP Start
We are a small, well-established builder seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Contract Administrator to join our team on a hospitality/supermarket project in Dubbo. This is a 3-month contract role with an immediate start, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running.
The Role Reporting directly to the Director, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery and commercial management of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
  • Overall project coordination and delivery
  • Contract administration, progress claims, variations, and cost control
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
  • Program management and site coordination
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS and quality requirements
  • Resolving on-site and contractual issues efficiently
About You
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Contract Administrator with a builder
  • Experience delivering hospitality and/or supermarket projects preferred
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and construction processes
  • Ability to work autonomously within a small team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Available to start ASAP and work on-site in Dubbo
