We're partnering with a nationally recognised project management and advisory consultancy to find a dynamic professional to work across Olympic-related infrastructure, tertiary education, health, and sports & leisure projects. The role is a hybrid advisory and project management position, ideal for someone who wants end-to-end project exposure — from early strategic planning and business case development through to on-the-ground delivery.

The role is a hybrid advisory and project management position, ideal for someone who wants end-to-end project exposure — from early strategic planning and business case development through to on-the-ground delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting major public infrastructure projects aligned with Brisbane 2032 and beyond
- Working across strategy, planning, feasibility, and delivery phases
- Leading business case development and advisory inputs for high-value construction projects (up to $500M)
- Managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams through all project stages
- Balancing advisory and delivery responsibilities on a diverse project portfolio
- Degree-qualified in construction, engineering, architecture, or similar
- 5+ years’ experience in project management or advisory within the built environment
- Proven exposure to sectors like healthcare, tertiary education, or community/sport infrastructure
- Skilled in business case writing, feasibility studies, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Australian working rights required
- High-profile projects linked to the Brisbane Olympic Games and other critical social infrastructure construction projects
