Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead projects within the aged care and education sectors. You will have the opportunity to work on projects valued at up to $50 million, making a significant impact in these critical areas. You will be responsible for driving project success, client satisfaction, and the growth of our consultancy.


Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Knowledge of the aged care and education sectors is a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Provide strategic guidance and make informed decisions to resolve project challenges.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports to clients and senior management.
