Are you a luxury residential project manager ready for a new challenge on the Northern Beaches & Lower North Shore?

I am working with a builder based in North Sydney who has been in business for 10 years and have built award winning homes up to $20m. They are a close-knit team but this year they have brought in new additions to the team and now require a project manager to service a project on the Lower North Shore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, from design coordination to handover.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and progress reporting.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and procurement to ensure cost control and efficiency.
• Uphold high safety, quality, and compliance standards on site.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, providing proactive solutions.
• Drive a culture of excellence and collaboration within the project team.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end or luxury residential construction.
• Strong technical understanding of construction methods and architectural detailing.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and systems.
• A proactive problem-solver with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

What We Offer:

• This is an office-based role and will be working 8am to 5pm and occasional Saturdays when needed (finishing at 1pm).
