With a reputation for excellence and a people-first culture, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of major projects in Sydney.
  
What you’ll do

• Lead the delivery of complex health and commercial fitout projects from inception through to handover.
• Drive project performance – managing programme, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead, mentor, and support your project team to deliver successful outcomes.
• Champion safety, compliance, and innovation on site.

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proven experience managing fitout or refurbishment projects $5M+.
• Strong commercial acumen and have begun career as a contract administration
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
• A solutions-focused, collaborative mindset.
