CGC Recruitment have partnered with a Mid-Tier Contractor who are growing rapidly with recently secured projects ranging from the Gold Coast to as North as Mackay. There expertise involves Civil Construction, Demolition, Asbestos Removal and Deep Excavation.

Due to recent project wins and internal growth they have identified the need for have identified need for a Project Manager to join their Senior leadership team and help grow the business. The role will oversee multiple projects and also have a key input into strategy and winning work. You will be resposnsibel for delvierig projects ranging from $500k-10ml will have full accountability which will include, management of labour & subcontractors, put together cost effective strategies to ensure project time frames are met, involved in early works and site development, implement  safety and environmental strategies and have full commercial responsibility of the project including variations and claims. In addition to leading the delivery of projects you will also work alongside the Senior Estimator and Commercial Manager to assist pricing works and have input into winning business in new areas.

We are actively looking to speak to career driven Project Managers who posses the following experience: 

- Minimum 10 years Civil/Building Construction experience

- Prior experience involved in  Demolition, Asbestos Removal and Deep Excavation projects 

- Strong leadership skills 

- Experience assisting on tenders  

- Driven and focused to win work and build the business 

The role is a long term permeant position based in South East QLD with occasional travel to work sites across regional QLD and Northern NSW to be expected.
