The Company:
We are currently working in partnership with a South Sydney based company that is looking to bring on a Project Manager for a large residential project valued at $20m based in Ryde. As a demonstration of their recent success their turnover is predicted to increase from $10 to $25m. With an extremely diverse client base they work on range on projects including commercial, high-end residential and aged care projects.

The Role:
The is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who is looking to step up to Project Manager level or a Project Manager who has worked on large residential projects and is looking to join a company which has an established pipeline of work for the foreseeable future. The project itself will consist of 22 high end new build single dwelling properties. The role itself can be moulded to fit the right person and their ambitions.

Your Background:

• Relevant residential experience
• Tier 2-3 Experience
• Proven track record working to budgets
• Experience of programming projects of up to $30m
