Job description
Well established QLD Tier 2 builder is looking for a Project Manager to lead a new $45 million education project on Brisbane's south side.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee all stages of the project from conception to completion. This includes managing schedules, budgets, and quality control, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. You will also be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including the client, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
- Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager for a Tier 2 builder is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects of a similar scale ($40M+).
- Experience with education or similar institutional projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or engineering.
