About the Role
 
A growing civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple land subdivision projects across the Perth metropolitan area. This role will see you oversee day-to-day construction activity, coordinate teams and stakeholders, and drive successful project outcomes across several active sites.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for subdivision works
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet program milestones
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and progress reports
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Report regularly to senior management on project status

About You

• Strong background in civil subdivision delivery within WA
• Ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple sites
• Familiar with WA planning and approval processes
• Strong commercial and contract management skills
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Current WA Driver's Licence
