As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects across Queensland. You will be responsible for:
- Leading new build, redevelopment, and refurbishment construction projects from concept and design to completion.
- Overseeing project delivery to ensure that milestones, budgets, and standards are met.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
- Managing project teams and consultants to drive efficient and effective project delivery.
- Oversee the delivery of projects valued between $1- $20M
- Full project lifecycle management across new builds, refurbishments, and redevelopments.
- Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting to the Head of Construction
- This role will require regional travel (once a fortnight) - All expenses would be covered
- Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or similar field
- Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience in the construction industry
- Ability to work within a team whilst also having the ability to deliver projects as a solo PM
- QSR experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and writing skillset
