Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing a major Data Centre project from design to completion
• Managing and engaging with high tier contractors, consultants and engineers to ensure successful project delivery from initiation to completion.
• Developing project plans, timelines, budgets, variations and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
• Monitoring and reporting project performance, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
• Engaging with electrical and mechanical engineers.

  
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven track record of at least 3 years in project management, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Strong expertise and experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and data centres.
• Must have some form of experience in the completion of a Data Centre or large industrial project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
