Our client is a statutory body established under the Aboriginal Housing Act 1998 (NSW) to ensure that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in NSW have equal access to, and choice in, affordable quality housing.

They are currently looking to engage a Construction Project Manager experienced in residential projects for an initial 6 month contract. This role is based in Parramatta as well as WFH, and is paying $75 per hour + super.

The Project Manager will manage and oversee aspects of planning, development and implementation of the various projects relating to the Flood Recovery Program to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, on budget and within agreed scope.

The successful applicant will prepare government specific documentation including briefing notes, reports, and other high-level documentation in a timely manner to support and report on project milestones and deliverables associated to the Flood Recovery Program.

The role is expected to operate with level of autonomy, making day-to-day decisions relating to work priorities and workload management, for themselves and any staff supervised and is accountable for the delivery of projects.
