The Company
Boutique in nature this builder is able to offer tailored service to their clients, have a dedicated group of sub-contractors/suppliers and have a professional and agile culture. Projects include a mixture of high end retail, hospitality, corporate office and luxury residential units valued to 20M.
The Position
Reporting into a seasoned Project Director, the scope of work will include the construction of very high-end townhouses in the Balmain area valued at approx. $15M. This is a complex project that will incorporate a heritage façade and underpinning of a basement.
You will be supported by a full site and office team and be responsible for ensuring the project is successfully delivered in line with client and corporate objectives.  
Background / Skillset
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Experience delivering high end units or townhouses in built up areas, including cranage
  • Strong financial management experience and well-rounded business acumen
  • Ability to lead internal monthly meetings to manage financials / archive projects milestones
  • Experienced end to end in the project life cycle from cultivating opportunities > scoping > pricing > negotiation > delivery
  • Strong industry networks and existing relationships with subbies with consultants
  • Experience leading teams of CAs, Project Coordinators, Site Managers etc

Salary will in line with experience however expert figures between $220K  - $240K package
