They are currently looking to engage a Project Manager experienced in Industrial Projects or with experience working for a builder, to lead this growing and booming business! This opportunity is based close to Sydney CBD and offers WFH flexibility.

• Existing pipeline in excess of 18months of planned projects

You will:

• Manage project scope from development to handover.
• Manage design development as well as up-front regulatory approvals.
• Work for a client-side project management consultancy
• Appoint contractors through the process of competitive tendering
• Identify and manage construction risks through the build process
• Manage project expenditure and cash flow
• Identification and rectification of defects
• Have a positive and optimistic attitude
• Be responsible for stakeholder management and procurement strategy
• Be the business face to the client.

You will have:

• Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, architecture or similar.
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience delivering Industrial projects from start to finish
• Strong Stakeholder or client relationship skills
• Project financial reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to priorities tasks
• Construction, build or civil background/exposure.
• Additional bonus – Exposure to working with commercial warehousing infrastructure.
