The Company

Established in 2005 our client is a leading and highly reputable tiling contractor who work with leading Tier 1 and Mid-Tier Building Contractors. High quality and high-end tiling and façade projects ranging from $1m - $20M. Based both on site and in their offices in the Inner-west Area and CBD. Securing works within the commercial and industrial space up to $20m they are seeking to expand their construction delivery team. 

The Position 

• Management of Tiling Projects from inception through to completion
• Management of budgets, timeline and varies
• OHS and contract negotiations through to project handover
• Running multiple projects simultaneously depending on size
• Quality control and assurance
• Coordination of trades

About you:

• Previous experience in Tiling/Ceramic Project Management
• Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or Trade desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Be highly motivated and reliable
• Tile/Ceramic experience essential
