Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design of civil infrastructure for land development and subdivision projects, including earthworks, roads, drainage and utilities.
- Prepare engineering drawings, models and technical documentation.
- Undertake site inspections and support construction phase services.
- Liaise with local authorities, service providers, contractors and internal teams.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting and delivery tracking.
- Support senior engineers with feasibility assessments, design reviews and approvals processes.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality, safety and compliance across all project stages.
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or similar).
- 2–5 years’ experience in land development, subdivisions, or civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of design principles across roads, drainage, earthworks and utilities.
- Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards, local authority requirements and approvals processes.
- Proficiency with civil design software (e.g., 12D, Civil3D) highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a supportive team.
