Position: Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers

The Company: Are a leading Tier 1 civil construction company specializing in water infrastructure projects. With a strong track record of successful project delivery, they are dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions for their clients. They are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers to join their team for upcoming Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Water Pumping Station tenders.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in the tendering process for water infrastructure projects, specifically WWTP and water pumping stations.
• Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation, including cost estimates, project schedules, and technical proposals.
• Conducting site inspections and assessments to gather relevant data for tender submissions.
• Collaborating with the project team to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitoring and reporting project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation measures.
• Participating in project meetings, preparing progress reports, and communicating with clients.

Requirements:

For the Project Engineer role, we are looking for candidates with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in water infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

For the Senior Project Engineer role, we are looking for candidates with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on water infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Advanced knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
