Intermediate Estimator - Civil & Underground Services
Location: Central Perth CBD
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + super
Join an established civil estimating team with clear career development pathways! We're seeking an Intermediate Estimator with 3-5 years' experience in civil construction, including underground services, or Project Engineers with tendering experience looking for a change of scenery.

Join an established civil estimating team with clear career development pathways! We're seeking an Intermediate Estimator with 3-5 years' experience in civil construction, including underground services, or Project Engineers with tendering experience looking for a change of scenery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil and underground projects.
- Work on projects including Water Corporation, Western Power, LGA, MRWA, PTA, and general roadworks.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements within the estimating team.
- Supportive team environment with mentorship, training, and career development opportunities.
- Exposure to a wide range of civil projects to broaden your skillset.
- Central Perth office location with convenient access.
- Based in Perth with full Australian working rights.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the Australian civil construction sector, including underground services.
- Experience with Water Corporation, Western Power, MRWA, PTA, LGA, and general civil works preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
