The Role

• Provide daily advice and support to field operations to ensure that daily targets are consistent with overall project targets
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Managing budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.
• Build and create lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors to improve financial and productivity outcomes.

Skills and Experience 

• Project Engineers with Earthworks and Pavements experience, and/or Structures (Marine/ bridge construction)
• 5 + years' experience.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles and techniques, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Willingness to work and travel to Mandurah daily
