Their Brisbane team are experiencing a high volume of tenders at present and with several about to land, it has forced them to grow their team and this builder of choice are looking for an Project Coordinator (Contract Administrator) who has 2 to 3 year's experience post-graduation in the commercial building industry.
As a Project Coordinator you will be office based which is located in The Brisbane CBD, you will be joining an experienced team and working closely with a Project Manager who will help you get to the next stages in your career.
To be successful for this role of Project Coordinator you will need:
- A completed or studying a Construction Management degree
- 2 to 3 year's experience in the industry as a Project Coordinator/Contract Administrator
- A commercial background, fit out is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good communicator with sub-contractors
- Able to work in a team
