Project Coordinator – High-End Residential (Contract Role)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team on a high-end residential project, working on a stunning bespoke architectural home. This is a 3–6 month contract role with the potential for extension, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven construction environment.
As the Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery team, ensuring seamless coordination across design, procurement, documentation, and on-site activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day project administration and communication between site, consultants, and head office
  • Manage and track procurement schedules, purchase orders, and deliveries
  • Maintain and control all project documentation and drawings (RFI’s, variations, site instructions, etc.)
  • Support Site Supervisors and the Project Manager with on-site coordination and logistics
  • Assist in ensuring project milestones and quality standards are met
About You
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator within high-end residential or bespoke architectural homes
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and attention to detail
  • Proven skills in procurement, document control, and site coordination
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a small, tight-knit team
