Summary 
CGC Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in the construction, engineering and design space. 

The Company 
CGC Recruitment has partnered with a long-standing client Nationally who are at the forefront of the infrastructure boom in NSW and deliver major projects across a number of sectors including Roads, Rail, Defence, Renewables and Resources.

Role responsibilities:
  • Processing Invoices Review and assess all invoices against docket information and ensure all approvals have been obtained in line with the Project Authority Matrix (PAM), prior to payment
  • Issue Purchase Orders Ensure that each Purchase Requisition is processed as per the PAM prior to raising and issuing a Purchase Order to the relevant vendor
  • End of Month Accruals Prepare and submit monthly accruals to the Cost Controller on a monthly basis to assist with end of month reporting
  • Manages personnel resource requirements for project site administration including arranging temporary administration staff when required for sites
  • Manages the registration and monthly back up of office floor security passes and keys
  • Ensures the maintenance and accurate processes of all incoming and outgoing purchases, deliveries, mail and document
Must Haves:
  • Relevant experience in a similar position, construction industry is ideal (essential)
  • Advanced skill with MS Office suite of applications in particular Word and Excel
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good at multi-tasking and demonstrates sound judgments, including balancing competing issues
