Tier 1 Landlord / Asset owner who can boast $4b + worth of property Nationally, and a very healthy and experienced Property Team are looking to add to the Project Admin division with a Junior Project Administrator.
About the Role
Seeking a Junior Project Admin to support the Project Management team working in the CBD office. You must have atleast 1 years experience as a project administrator or architectural documenter previously, ideally in the architectural or poperty space.

You're enthusiastic about your work and the construction and design industry and hope to have a long career in the project space. You will have prior experience in a similar role, even if just for one year.
$60-65k + Super

About the Role

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Facilitate the procurement of goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Onboarding of new suppliers/subcontractors
- Issuing of procurement/subcontractor contracts and ensuring that all the required terms and conditions are implemented
- Confirm that the required insurances are held by the supplier/subcontractors
- Assist with WHS compliance
- Enter subcontractor and client claims
- Attend project team meetings, record minutes and distribute
- Maintain electronic project documentation and filing
- Reading architectural drawings to manage internal documentation
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
- A minimum of 12 months administration experience in the architecture, building or construction industry
- Have a broad understanding of project administration
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office/excel
- Must have an understanding of PM softwares
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Process driven and analytical thinking
- Strong numerical ability
