A business that has seen fantastic growth over the past 5 years, especially within WA, due to the strength of relationships with key builders and developers within the industry, combined with their fantastic technical expertise within the business. 

Due to picking up several new projects, the business are now seeking a Principal level Structural Engineer to play a key role within the company, leading projects, winning new business and further driving the growth of the business. This opportunity will work directly with the Business Owner and senior management team. 

With a relatively young team, this is a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Engineer with 7+ years experience looking to take the next step in their career to take on additional responsibility with a genuine career pathway to partner. An opportunity for an experienced Engineer who enjoys a client facing role and is interested in a position with a high earning potential, joining a brand and client that have an excellent name within the industry. 

Projects are diverse in size and scale, ranging from high rise apartments, mixed use developments and commercial towers for industry leading builders and developers. 

A long term permanent position, offering a highly competitive salary package ranging from $150-170k + bonuses, and a defined career pathway. 

This opportunity is open to experienced Structural Engineers who are based locally in Perth or alternatively will consider interstate relocation (with relocation expenses covered) for the successful candidate.
