Summary

CGC are working in partnership with a well reputed, privately owned engineering design consultancy that specialise in the design and delivery of high profile building structures projects who due to their success in WA, are now looking to expand and create a Civil Division to complement their existing business streams and further diversify their service offering to clients. 

The Opportunity - Civil Section Lead

A strategic hire within a specialist consultancy that has experienced significant growth over the past 5 years, due to their high quality technical delivery and approach to building relationships with key clients across Australia.

As Civil Section Manager, you would be responsible for establishing and driving the growth of the business unit working in collaboration with the Managing Director, leveraging key client accounts to win work, being commercially astute and identifying new commercial opportunities, whilst overseeing both technical project delivery as you grow and develop the team. 

You will have full P&L responsibility, playing a key role as part of the senior management team, with a pathway to being a Partner within the business. 

About you 

• Minimum 7 years experience at Senior / Principal level Civil Engineer
• Has exposure to delivering civil design projects within the built environment market
• Drive to take the next step in their career, by leading and growing a business unit. 

Salary will be based on experience, however will comprise a highly competitive salary package with incentives to drive and grow the business unit.
