The Role
  • Prepare and manage detailed programs for all stages of our project.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
  • Planning and scheduling using Primavera P6.
  • Measure and report program/ project performance based on KPIs and earned value analysis.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 5 + years experience working on infrastructure projects (TFNSW experience is a must)
  • Proven Planning and scheduling experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficient with Primavera P6 (essential) MS Project and MS Office suite.
  • Construction planning would be highly regarded, as would be some experience working with schedule change management.
