As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead their wholesale furniture division.
Key Responsibilities:

As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead their wholesale furniture division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient procurement, production, and distribution of workstations, table tops, lockers and other loose items.
- Inventory Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of warehouse, logistics, and production staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Client Relations: Manage relationships with key suppliers and clients, negotiating contracts and ensuring the highest quality materials and services.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure all products meet the company’s high standards.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the division’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while achieving financial targets.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the joinery or furniture or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
