This role is for a  WA-owned business with over 20 years’ experience delivering high-quality bulk haulage services across mining, agriculture, and general freight sectors. With operations across the state, They are continuing to grow as one of WA’s leading transport and logistics providers.

This role would suit a highly capable Operations Manager to take charge of the  nickel haulage contract. This is a key leadership role overseeing more than 100 personnel and a fleet of 20+ mobile assets, including on-road and off-road trucks.

The Opportunity

About You
�� Previous experience as an Operations Manager (or similar) in mining, heavy transport, or logistics
�� Strong leadership and team management skills — across drivers, supervisors, and support staff
�� Excellent understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements
�� Sound mechanical knowledge of trucks / prime movers
�� Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
�� Strong communication and client relationship skills
