CGC Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading design and construct company specialising in the strategic planning, design, project management and construction of projects in the healthcare, commercial, and retail sectors. 
  
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager/Process Administrator to oversee and optimise the daily operations of our office. This role involves a combination of administrative and managerial responsibilities, focusing on streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and creating a positive work environment.
You will be implementing new systems for the business and must have this prior experience (Procore, Zoho and Sharepoint). 
Small office in Sydney, supporting the other offices. 

Additional Information:
  • This is a full-time position: 9-5
  • Occasional flexibility in working hours may be required/WFH Fridays
  • $90-110k + Super based on experience 
  • North Sydney 
  • Process Improvement Champion: Lead the charge in optimising design, project management, and team collaboration processes within the organisation.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, devising innovative solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Office Operations
  • Develop and implement efficient office processes, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity.
  • Administrative Support

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare compelling sales presentations and contracts.
  • Adapt templates to create customised documents for client presentations, ensuring a professional and tailored approach.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in office management, process administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and productivity tools.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and technological systems.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
