CGC Recruitment have partnered with a long-standing client Nationally who are at the forefront of the infrastructure boom in NSW and deliver major projects across a number of sectors including Roads, Rail, Defence, Renewables and Resources.

The Office Manager is responsible for the coordination of all administrative processes of the project office, carried out in a positive and supportive team environment. Sydney CBD.

- Ensures that administration/reception is adequately resourced
- Ensures that reception and administration assistants fulfil their designated functions
- Manages and coordinates general office and building cleaning, maintenance and vehicle service requirements
- Manages personnel resource requirements for project site administration including arranging temporary administration staff when required for sites
- Manages the registration and monthly back up of office floor security passes and keys
- Ensures the maintenance and accurate processes of all incoming and outgoing purchases, deliveries, mail and documents
- Relevant experience in a similar position, construction industry is essential
- Advanced skill with MS Office suite of applications in particular Word and Excel
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Good at multi-tasking and demonstrates sound judgments, including balancing competing issues
