Job description

CGC Recruitment have partnered with a long-standing client Nationally who are at the forefront of the infrastructure boom in NSW and deliver major projects across a number of sectors including Roads, Rail, Defence, Renewables and Resources.


The Role:
The Office Manager is responsible for the coordination of all administrative processes of the project office, carried out in a positive and supportive team environment. Sydney CBD.

  • Ensures that administration/reception is adequately resourced
  • Ensures that reception and administration assistants fulfil their designated functions
  • Manages and coordinates general office and building cleaning, maintenance and vehicle service requirements
  • Manages personnel resource requirements for project site administration including arranging temporary administration staff when required for sites
  • Manages the registration and monthly back up of office floor security passes and keys
  • Ensures the maintenance and accurate processes of all incoming and outgoing purchases, deliveries, mail and documents
Must Haves:
  • Relevant experience in a similar position, construction industry is essential
  • Advanced skill with MS Office suite of applications in particular Word and Excel
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good at multi-tasking and demonstrates sound judgments, including balancing competing issues
