Our client is a highly reputable and successful Tiling Contractor based out in Condell Park. Our client has had strong and steady growth and is seeking a Accounts/Administrator/Receptionist candidate to join the team and support various key stake holders within the business.
Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handling inbound phone calls
- Reception Duties
- Processing Orders
- Assiting with accounts duties including invoicing, PO's etc
- Coordinating with the wider team.
- Customer Service
- Adhoc Administrative duties
- Previous experience within Office Administration/Accounts/Reception
- Experience using MYOB
- Experience within the construction industry
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised
