A Regional Operations Manager withing Building Automation is required in Sydney for a global specialist in Energy Management and Automation. Their building automation; energy management; access, security, video and lighting control products and solutions make buildings smarter, more efficient and sustainable.

The role of Operations Manager - NSW Projects will be reporting to the NSW / ACT Regional Director. The role is a pivotal leadership function driving commercial and project delivery with key focus on resource planning, risk mitigation and project profitability.

- You will be an experienced Manager having the ability to lead a large and diverse team of Project Managers, Team Managers and Project Engineers

- You will be an experienced and networked leader with a successful track record in both Commercial and Project Management in the BMS, Access Control and /or CCTV space.

- You will have the ability to build effective business partnerships with key stakeholders (Builders, developers, sub-contractors and Consulting Engineers), ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and consistent quality of delivery.

- You will possess proven skills and experience within Project delivery with specific attention in Electrical, mechanical and/or Building Management Systems, Access Control Systems and CCTV.
