Job description

Our client is an up and coming fast-expanding residential builder, with a growing presence in the South West Sydney area.

They have established relationships with numerous land developers to facilitate ease in the process of focusing on selling homes.
  
The role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be playing a central role in the sales process for clients purchasing a beautiful new home. You will be managing the sales process from beginning to end, suggesting extras and plans to take their lifestyle to the next level. You will be the face of the builder, and first point of client contact.
You will be managing the full sales cycle, including the development of leads, processing & closing deals.
  
You will be networking with land agents, as well as ensuring you respond quickly and efficiently to inbound leads & appointments.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience
  • It is essential that you have experience in the New Homes industry, or within construction sales
  • You will be target driven & have a money-motivated attitude
  • You will have a proactive attitude to managing a top class customer journey
  • You will have the ability to negotiate, sometimes under pressure
  • Although you will be in a team, you will be able to function autonomously and use your own initiative when required
