CGC Recruitment are working with a Sydney based residential building company delivering award-winning, architecturally designed homes and renovations. Known for their attention to detail, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship, they work alongside leading architects and designers to bring high-end residential projects to life.

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Carpenter to join the team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintenance, repairs, and small-scale modifications on completed residential builds. This includes detailed finish work, minor carpentry repairs, and ensuring the homes they build stay in top condition.

You'll work independently and as part of our construction team to deliver quality outcomes with a focus on safety, timeliness, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified carpenter with residential or maintenance experience
• Strong eye for detail and clean, high-quality workmanship
• Professional in deal with clients, owners and Stratta
• Ability to manage your own schedule and work autonomously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• White Card and relevant tools/equipment
