Logistics / Coordinator
Salary: Up to $75,000 + Super
Location: Near Perth Airport

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Logistics / Freight Coordinator to join a well-established national transport and logistics company. This role is ideal for candidates with 1+ year of logistics or freight experience or those who hold a degree in Logistics / Supply Chain.

About the Role:
You’ll play a key part in coordinating freight operations, handling incoming and outgoing consignments, and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders
• Managing freight bookings and time slots to meet customer requirements
• Maintaining accurate data entry and load information
• Liaising with customers regarding queries, deliveries, and paperwork
• Supporting managers and colleagues with day-to-day logistics functions

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain (minimum 1 year) OR a tertiary qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good time management and organisational abilities
• Competency in MS Office and data entry systems (experience with SAP desirable)
• A team player with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities
