Seeking Experienced Leading Hand for Water Pump Station Refurbishment Project in Tuross Head, NSW 

Are you a skilled Leading Hand with a passion for civil engineering and water infrastructure projects? Look no further! We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our clients team for a temporary contract until December 2024, to contribute to an exciting refurbishment project in Tuross Head on the stunning South Coast of NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate civil works related to the conversion of a dry well into a wet well.
  • Supervise the installation of new mechanical and electrical (M&E) pumps.
  • Manage the fit-out of the switch room in accordance with project specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Leading Hand in civil construction projects, preferably within water infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of pump station operations and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in coordinating and supervising construction activities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
