Company

We are currently working in partnership with a Sydney based builder who have strong ties within the health sector. They have operated out of Sydney for the past 10 years and have recently secured a number of new projects. They take on complex projects within the new build and refurbishment sectors ranging from $5m up to $50m.  

The Project
  
They have been approach by one of regular clients to deliver a $40m new build health project in Western Sydney. You would be part of the team in charge of taking this project from the initial excavation work, through the to the internal fitout and hand over. Due to the specialist nature of work, previous experience working with the health/medical sector would be an advantage. 

The Role

You will be reporting directly into the Senior Site Manager 

To be considered for this role you will have: 

• You'll be a carpenter who is capable of supervising 
• You'll ideally have a good understanding of fast paced projects however general building projects and retail will be considered 
• Experience on health projects is an advantage  
• As the Leading Hand you'll supervise trades occasionally assisting with carpentry work however this is not a "on the tools" role.  
• Have the ambition to progress your career
