Well established HVAC contractor in the Sydney market are seeking a Junior HVAC Project Manager to join their expanding delivery team.
 
Reporting in to and assisting a Senior Project Manager the role is a position that will see you develop into an established HVAC Project Manager. You will be involved in a diverse range of projects, from commercial offices, education buildings, and health projects.  
 
You will be responsible for dealing directly with the client and in some instances the clients customers as well. The role will be heavily focused on procurement, negotiating and management of subcontractors. As a Junior PM you will also be focused on delivering contract administration for the project/s that you are assigned to.
 
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate experience working for a HVAC contractor where you have either come from a trade background and/or a professional background i.e. mechanical engineering. You will have had some experience of projects where you have had some form of supervisory experience from either a project engineering, site management or project management background with a strong understanding of HVAC installation.  Your paperwork that you carry out will be to a high standard, as well as your computer skills.
