Junior Contracts Administrator

Job description

CGC Recruitment are seeking a motivated Junior Contracts Administrator to join our growing team and support the delivery of architecturally designed homes across the Illawarra region. 

As a Junior Contracts Administrator, you will work alongside our site teams and director to support the smooth delivery of our residential projects from contract award to completion.

We are also interested in speaking to more experience contracts administrators.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with the preparation and administration of contracts, purchase orders, and variations
  • Tracking project budgets, timelines, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Preparing progress claims and maintaining accurate cost reporting
  • Providing administrative support to the construction and project management teams
  • Ensuring WHS and QA documentation is up to date
About You
  • 0–2 years’ experience in a contracts administration or construction support role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with construction processes and terminology (preferably in high-end residential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Buildertrend or Procore is a bonus
