Busy small works division apart of well-known mid-tier builder. With the ability to draw on the licences and accreditations of the main group, this busy division is in a strong position and for this f/y is on track to turnover approx. $50M.
The department is headed up by one of NSW’s most respected managers within fitout / refurbishment game and their client portfolio consists of work with government agencies and private corporates.
Due to planned growth we are assisting with the recruitment of Contract Administrator. Ideally, we are looking for someone who worked through an undergraduate programme who has a desire to forge as a Project Manager.
- Construction Management degree or related
- Have completed an undergraduate programme within procurement, estimating and site coordination
- 1-2 years post graduate experience
- Highly developed IT skills

This is full time position that will be paying between $70,000 – 90,000 NEG depending on experience.
