The Position

• Management of tendering process and documentation
• Read and interpret plans and drawings
• Commissioning and preparation of BOQ’s
• Preparation of tender packages
• Prepare Tender submissions inclusive of tender schedules, construction methodologies, construction programs, staging plans, etc
• Review tender and contract documentations.

About you:

• Construction Management degree or related
• 2+ years in a similar role
• Strong market knowledge
• Be well-presented and an excellent team player
• Experience working across the full tender process
• Must have experience within the joinery sector
