The Company:

This contractor provides commercial joinery & furniture across Health Care, Aged Care, Education, Hospitality and Corporate sectors. With long term relationships with Fitout Contractors & Architects they have been highly successful in securing and delivering high profile projects. You will be joining a well-structured, progressive, flexible and innovative team across estimating & project delivery you will be joining a high performing and supportive team delivering commercial projects up to $10M.

The Position 

• Based in brand new offices in Sydney CBD with tonnes of flexibility
• Commissioning and preparation of bill of quantities.
• Review tender and contract documentation.
• Preparation of tender packages.
• Request and review subcontractor & supplier quotations.
• Issue client Requests for Information.
• Prepare Tender submissions inclusive of tender schedules, construction methodologies, construction programs, staging plans, etc

About you:

• Construction Management Degree or similar
• Previous fitout/joinery estimating/   
• Willingness to learn and progress. 
• Diligent and self motivated.
• Be well presented and carry excellent communication skills
