Job description

The purpose of this role is to support and work closely with the Acquisition Director and the investment team. This role is also responsible for assisting the Acquisition Director to analyse, assess and secure new sites and acquire assets such as residential and commercial properties of high feasibility for the real estate development team.

The Role
  • Financial analysis of potential sites and various property assets
  • Feasibility studies for potential sites using Estate Master and advanced Excel models
  • Co-ordination of new property acquisitions including reports, and various processes to get approval
  • Development-based business administration and data updates to headquarters.
  • Managing due diligence process for new acquisitions
  • Undertaking in depth researching of residential and commercial property sectors
The Candidate
  • Experience completing both residential and commercial development feasibility studies
  • A strong understanding of the development process.
  • Strong property and finance background with a proven track-record of relevant achievements in these areas
  • Analytical and structured approach to understanding the requirements for urban development and the ability to understand the construction process, including the ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
Paying $60-70k + super with excellent opportunity to grow.
